Fixing Parts was founded by people with real appliance repair experience.
Before starting the company, our founder worked in the appliance repair industry, including supporting customers through Sears Home Warranty programs. Over the years, we saw how expensive appliance repairs could be for families—not because of the parts themselves, but because of labor costs.
At the same time, we realized that many common repairs could be completed by homeowners with the right parts and a little guidance.
That inspired us to create Fixing Parts.
Instead of simply selling replacement parts, we focus on helping customers solve specific repair problems. Using our repair experience, we often recommend repair kits and related parts that help complete the job correctly the first time.
