Electrical part — keep the sealed bag closed
You can open the shipping box and look at what arrived.
That alone does not affect your return.
But once the sealed bag is opened — or the part installed, connected or
tested — it can no longer be returned. So do not open the
bag to compare it against your old part.
Not sure it is the right one? Ask us first — send
your model and serial number and we check it for you the same day, before anything
is opened.

Also known by these numbers
If your old part carries any of these, this is the one you want.
W10634750
Whirlpool W10846428 is a timer for dryer appliances. New, genuine Whirlpool OEM — ordered from the brand's own distributor, not an aftermarket copy.
Read the number off your old part
Look for the number stamped or printed on the part itself. If it says W10846428, or the older number listed under Compatible parts below, this is the replacement. Every one of them is discontinued and every one leads here.
Shipping box
Weight and size of the parcel as it ships: 0.55 lb · 4.4488, 4.37, 3.5433 in. These are the carton, not the part — do not measure your old part against them.
Does it fit yours?
Enter your model number in the box above for a straight answer, or read the full list under Compatible models below. Send us the number and we will confirm it before you order.
